Some concepts • What is aggression? • Aggression is observable , nameable behaviour that is made consciously or unconsciously with the possible consequence of physical damage and humiliating. This bahavior can cause harm to people , to themselves and/or to material.
Some concepts • Aggression: • Is not wanted, not allowed, not tolerated • Is always followed up • has to be manageable • will always be a part of the life in a center • focusses on collectivity, but with space for an individual approach • Individual circumstances determine the reaction of the aggressor
