Eostre • Her Powers • Restoring Youth • Changing her shape
Myth • Goddess of Spring, • Was late in bringing the end of winter. • When she did return, she saw a small bird on the ground, • With her wings frozen, she was now unable to fly. Feeling guilty, Eostre changed the bird into a hare, giving it the gift of speed to quickly escape its enemies. • Eostre also gave the hare the power to lay eggs in colors of the rainbow but only once a year.
