Analyse a relevant policy through a gender lens Pick a policy or guideline relevant to your work area (one you know) Use the grid (previous slide) and assess how far on the gender lens this policy goes (how "gender-just" it is) How could it be made gender-transformative or gender-just? Give two examples on how it can be made fairer to women and men
