  4. Plan for Diversity in Student Participation 1. Student Participation: Enrollments College Credit and Certificate Programs • FTIC and Overall Enrollment • Institutional Goal/Census Goal • Strategies for Enrollment among Underrepresented Groups

  5. Plan for Diversity in Student Participation • Student Participation- Completions • College Degree and Certificate Programs A A Degrees -Annual AS Degrees- Annual Certificates- Annual Strategies to Ensure Increased Completion Among Underrepresented Groups

  6. Persistence and Retention Analysis & Strategies • Full time/Part-time Student Retention Table • List the College’s Methods and Strategies to Close the full-time retention gaps • Indicate Accountability Measures and timelines to close the full-time gaps • If no gap exists, no methods and strategies required

GATE KEEPER MATH COURSES Students in A & P and Vocational lower Division Courses • Math 0020, Math 0024, MAC 1105, MGF 1106, (Math 1033 to be included in next report) • Black/White gap • Hispanic/White Gap • Colleges Methods/Strategies to close gaps • Accountability Measures/Timelines to close the gaps • Not all colleges offer developmental/remedial courses
