  2. What is a cinematographic film • Any work: • which is visually sound • Audio recorded • Any film or video would be considered as a cinematographic film if it includes visual recording and audio recording in it.

  5. Tenure of protection • Section 26 of the Copyright Act, 1957 deals with the term of copyright protection for cinematographic films • Tenure of protection from the date of publication would be 60 years.
