En la festividad de iom ierushalaim se celebra la recuperacion de ierushalaim tras la guerra de los 6 días.
Ierushalaimno es solo significativo para el judaismo sinó que tambien para otras religiones como musulmánes, etc. Esto es así porque ierushalaim para los musulmanes también era sagrada porque tiene mezquitas y además hay muchos de ellos viviendo allí.
