English 1 Tek 19 • Viewing Representing Interpretation- Bring in an item of junk, preferably a smaller part to a larger piece (ie. a bolt, a bobber, a gear, piece of hose, broken disk, rusty pulley, ).  1)  Use your imagination to: give the item a made up name, a birth date, a personality, what does it want, what are its pet peaves, what experiences does/did it have?  Be creative, you can include drawings of it in different kinds of environments doing an activity, if you like. (Bring a disk to scan it in though.)

  3. Who is Jack Bear ? • This is Jack Bear.He was born on June 15, 1980 to Teddy and Lulu Bear. • During his child hood he Lived in Bryan.(which is right next to Collage station)

  4. How Knows Jack Bear? • His parents of corse. • Toddy Rosevelt his best friend since the 5th grade. • Lisa Plush his girl friend since his senior year at Bryan High.

  5. Were does Jack go to school? • Jack is currently attending Texas A&M University. He is now studing for his Batchlors Dagree. • In his seinor year of high school he recived a Art Scholarship.

  6. What does Jack Bear like? • Jack loves to go out to dance. His favorite dance is the Tango. • The likes his gril friend. He plans to perpose to her after graduation. • He loves to watch sports. Even thou he cannot play them on acount of his leg.

  7. What ever happened to his leg? • Jack is missing a leg.(that is why he is considered junk)When he was a JR. at Bryan lost his leg in a car accident. • At first he had a hard time coping with his loss, but now he is as good as new.

  8. How does he cope ? • After Jack lost his leg he was in a stage of depression. He thought that his life would never be the same. Until one day he met Lisa Plush.

  9. Does Jack Bear live happaliy ever after? • Of corse he does! He graduates and perposes to Lisa. • With his newly aquuired PHD he opens a practice. • And THEN they live happaliy ever after.

  11. Where IS Jack Bear? • Jack wanted to be here today but unfortunatly he could not make it. Because of his serious injury he has to under go Physical Therpy. He would like to thank you for coming to day!
