Corporate Operations Working Group • Provide the Manufacturing Engineering & Transport Program Workforce profile for TAFESA • Identify Workforce Development strategies, e.g. Training, Retention, Attraction, Industrial Guidelines (IR), HR Management • Change in Management Practice and Behaviour • Challenge current and embedded custom and practice • Revitalising current selection and recruitment policies and processes • Other?

Deliverables • Provide TAFESA with a MET workforce capable of meeting Industry/Enterprise/individual needs at State, National and International levels. • Review the current workforce in the MET program across TAFESA Institutes - demographic profile on various data items. • Identify MET staff skill profile, specific areas of expertise, generic skill sets, other skills, knowledge, industry/Enterprise links • Provide the TAFESA Executive with a Workforce Development Strategy and processes that can be used in reviewing other TAFESA Education Programs and Corporate functions. • Other?

Terms of Reference • Report project progress to the TAFESA Executive • Establish Education and Corporate Working Groups • Communicate with internal staff in the MET Program and key Department and Institute Groups • Connect with key Industry/Enterprise Groups and individuals associated with the MET Program • Develop a communication strategy • Develop Project Brief • Work collaboratively with DFEEST Workforce Development Directorate • Other?
