  3. What have we done? • Interministerial consensus • General information • KoKom mandated to follow the process (Directorate of Health and Social Services) • Preparations for governmental signature MoU

What are we going to do? • Create ownership • PSAPs (Emergency control centres) • Operational services • Professional procedures • Agreeing on response patterns • What information should go to whom and when? • Technical preparations • Emergency control centres • Operational services (synergy other projects/ proposals/ activities)
