In such unfortunate times, grief has become almost synonymous with the pandemic. While we experience a collective loss of freedom and right to exercise our independence, we are also suffering own individual, personal losses that can be painful and overwhelming.<br><br>But you do not have to go through it alone. <br><br>Let us help you.   1. Did you also lose someone in this pandemic? Yes, I don't know how will I manage this loss...

  2. What are the stages of grief? Denial: Disbelief towards the loss experienced. It helps manage the emotional pain and overwhelming state of mind. Anger: Feeling unfair and unable to absorb the changing reality causes emotional discomfort with anger outburts being a natural response to the loss. Please! Bargain: Feeling of helplessness makes one bargain to keep the deceased alive at any cost and imagine 'what if' scenarios to cope with the pain.

  3. What are the stages of grief? Depression: Eventually, reality beomes more apparent and harder to ignore, bringing with it extreme sadness and feeling the void of the lost loved one. Acceptance: When we begin toaccept the loss instead of fighting it. We accustom ourselves to the new reality that is there, but may also continue to feel the pain and/or sadness.
