WHAT IS SHARED LIVING? • Shared Living is similar to foster care living arrangements. • The objective is to provide the individual with a more “normal” living experience than a group home or forced roommate situation will allow. • This living arrangement provides the opportunity for long lasting, natural relationships. • The person placed is seen as more of an individual. • This is a very cost effective model.

STAFFING • OVERDUE PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS STAFF TURNOVER RATE 4/1/2012 – 3/31/2013 • Total of 0 FTE and 2 PTE’s with overdue performance evaluations between October 2012 – March 2013. • Last CPR, a total of 2FTE’sand5PTE’s with overdue performance evaluations from October 2011 – March 2012. • Last CPR, Shared Living Turnover Rate was 17.1% (3/1/11 -2/29/12)compared to the 26.7% rate for CSMA Data obtained from HR Department & HR Personnel Summary
