We found focal length! • can unscrew lens out! • either really thick lens (not a ton of aberration) guess • so we’re guessing two this lenses, in which case… • when two lens are close together, we can approximate them as a single lens with one focal length • get blurry image  check two cases • lean in close, and if you see a really big image, the image is just inside the focal length (your eye has to be really close to see it • just outside focal length  real image super magnified viewed from far away, blurry if close • 12mm is focal length • Diameter of big lens is 8mm flat • Diameter of small lens is 5.4mm Findings…
