  3. Popcorn Stories • George’s Mom Eats Popcorn • by Byron Johnson, Devonta Taylor, Carson Helton and Anjali Wagle • Beth was popping popcorn so she missed the first few minutes of the movie. Then she was walking to the microwave and got the popcorn out of the microwave. Then she got 4 bowls and poured the popcorn in the 4 bowls. She walks and passes the bowls out. Then she sits on the couch and eats the popcorn. She eats the popcorn because the movie is really boring. Then the movie got really good so she is glued to the television.

  4. From Room 116 One day Karen and her family were watching “Finding Nemo”. George’s Mom, Karen, was making popcorn for her family. She missed the beginning because she was making popcorn. She was eating her popcorn one by one because she was a little hungry. George’s sister Sally sat on her mom’s lap and distracted her mom from eating her popcorn.
