  8. Submit to Batch • Allows users to postpone reports until a date and time they choose. • Works well with large, system-intense reports.

  9. Student Assessment Record (FA) • The Student Assessment (FA) Extract combines the previous assessment extracts. It reports general assessment information based on the test settings and the student's score record. • Student Assessment Record (FA) is replacing GA, GX, GO, GB, GF, GS, GM, GY, and GU. • Moved non-score designations out of Scale/Raw Score.

SPED Graduation Requirement (FE) • The extract (FE) collects basic graduation assessment exemptions and graduation data for special education students. • Special Ed state reporting fields will pull from the student's most recent locked IEP with a meeting date. • A record will report if the student is marked as excused from any Assessment Area on the Statewide and District-wide Testing editor including Reading, Math, Writing, Science and Social Studies.

Staff Course Records (CU) • The Staff Course Record reports section and teacher information for staff members who are highly qualified. • The section must have a Primary Teacher assigned and students scheduled. • Courses must be marked as "Active" to be included. • Courses marked as "Exclude from State Reporting" will not be included in the extract.

  16. Student Acceleration Record (FB) • The Student Acceleration Record (FB) collects records for students participating in accelerated instruction or assessments. • A record will report for a student each time that a value is entered for an Accelerated field in enrollments. One student can have up to five records, one for each subject (Writing, Reading, Math, Social Studies, Science).

Grade Schedule (DL) • The Grade Schedule (DL) Extract collects basic date and attendance information about the grade levels in a school. • This report includes a record for each grade level based on the state grade level code. State grade level codes of PS, KG, 01-13 and 23 will be included. • A grade level must have students enrolled in it in the selected calendar to be included in the report. Grade levels marked as "State Exclude" will not be included.
