  2. Expectations! (day 1 @10:30) • Process: • 1. Form up in small groups of 3 – 5; • Each group obtain a sheet of flip chart paper, • Each group appoint a scribe & a spokesperson within your group, • Each group write out on a flip chart up to 5 points on what your group wants this meeting to achieve by lunch time on Thursday! • (e.g. consider why you have come, what expectations you & your colleagues back home have of this meeting, the meeting organisers objectives – are they realistic?). • 2. Spokesperson for each group reads out & speaks to their groups expectations. • 3. Meeting facilitators capture, during process 2, on a flip chart the groups combined & agreed expectations. • 4. Post these agreed expectations up on the meeting room wall for reference to during the next 3 days.
