  1. Supply List: • 2 spiral notebooks~ label one Warm Ups and the other Interactive Writing Notebook. You may need more as you run out of pages. • A three-ring binder with dividers that have pockets. • Index cards for stem work. • Sticky notes for reading strategy work. • 1 purple folder with three prongs. • Notebook paper for the year. • Pens, pencils, colored pencils, and markers. • Glue sticks • Novels for the year. Have you purchased your novels? You will need the following novels for the 2013/2014 school year. Bronx Masquerade by Nikki Grimes. Animal Farm by George Orwell. Children of the River by Linda Crew Pigman by Paul Zindel • Barnes and Noble Book Fair! Support the Language A Department. • Purchase your books from Barnes and Noble between August 31st and September 4th. • Use the following code: 111451 when purchasing your books. Mt. Mourne School will get credit when you use this code. Pleases support your Language A department. Do you like to write? Listen for announcements about Mt. Please include your first and last name along with your e-mail address and the class that I have you in this year (day and block). I will respond to your question within the next couple of days. SUMMER READING-7th grade students…make sure you have your summer reading complete by the first day of school. It should be well organized and sequenced correctly. Staple your work together and make sure your name is on the front. Bring your summer novels to class.
