Abstrak

  • ABSTRAK Sardi Suwardi, 10206885 ANALISIS KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP PONSEL NOKIA DI PONDOK KELAPA DUA KOTA DEPOK PI. Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Gunadarma, 2010. Kata kunci : Kepuasan konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan. (x + 47 halaman + lampiran) Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan alat analisis Chi Square diperoleh x2 hitung = 402.85 lebih besar dari x2 tabel = 21. 261 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini berarti konsumen Pondok Kelapa Dua Kota Depok merasa puas terhadap ponsel Nokia.Dari hasil analisis dengan mengunakan skala likert, yang mengacu pada 4 dimensi yang menentukan mutu produk ponsel Nokia diperoleh faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen adalah faktor emosi.
