Restricted Certificates of Airworthiness R-CoA Overview of changes introduced by NPA 2008-06 +CRD: R-TC eligibility limited to special purpose AP DOA possible for continued validity of TC R-STC concept Clarification: SAS and separate design approval R-CoA based on normal TC + R-STC Orphan TC becomes design approval based on SAS automatically
