Exterior Signage Program Overview The program was designed so the MC Sign Company can recommend the best placement for signage that drives the most brand awareness. • When an order is submitted through WU Mall, you are enabling MC Sign to evaluate the location for Exterior Signage opportunities. MC Signs, our national sign vendor, will manage the entire process. • The following slides give you an in-depth look at the exterior signage program.   3. Signage Definitions • Standard Signage: • Brand only (WU, Vigo, OV), does not include Agent specific copy. This is signage that can be used at another location if necessary. This type of signage is ordered through WUMALL. • There are two types of standard signage: • Stock: Inventory is at MC Signs • Non Stock: Size is not in inventory at MC Signs and is made to order • Custom Co-Branded: • This type of signage is an exception. Agent specific signage, can be split with WU/Vigo/OV but is specific to the Agent location. This is signage that cannot be used at another location. Custom signage does not get entered into WUMALL. It must follow the custom signage process. See slides 7 & 13 for more information.

Custom Co-BrandedExterior Signage Options Custom co-branded signage is an exception and locations must qualify for custom signage through the Regional Custom Funding or fall within a Claw back Amendment. Average Lead Time: 64 days Must be approved by RMD and Retail Marketing. Contact respective RMD for more information.

Curb Signs • Curb Signs are used as a signage option when a location goes through the process and there is no standard signage opportunity due to permit denial, LL denial, etc. • The Signs are shipped to the Agent, they are not installed. • They are one size only (32”W x 40”H), double sided. • Various layouts are available, shown below. • Additionally, the SAM team has the opportunity to order Curb Signs through WUMALL.

Flag Signs • Flag Signs are used as a signage option when a location goes through the process and there is no standard signage opportunity due to permit denial, LL denial, etc. • The Signs are shipped to the Agent, they are not installed. • They are one size only (30”W x 96”H), double sided. • Various layouts are available, shown below. • Additionally, the SAM team has the opportunity to order Flag Signs through WUMALL – Available in Q2.

How to Increase Exterior Signage Success Utilize client web which allows access to your locations and real time status: • Log on to https://clientweb.mcsign.com • User name: field_agent • Password: wusign123 Partner with MC Sign to assist with Agent artwork review and/or comment/approve the proposed sign package with Terms & Conditions. Average lead times are based on every step taking the allotted time with no delays. Agent approval on the art as well as completed and executed Terms & Conditions is paramount to the completion of each project. Your assistance is very much appreciated and valued in the partnership. In order for us to be successful as a team, please respond within 24 hours of the MC Sign team reaching out for direction. Reference the Appendix for detailed signage process overview.
