  4. The prerrequirement tree Believe is seeing Actually the main undesirable effect within the youth student target in the low income groups in Colombia is the none future vision ( as well as the high income students according some teachers)

  5. The prerrequirement tree Believe is seeing This situation go through the unevitable result: Nobody knows what to be when they growth.

  6. The prerrequirement tree Believe is seeing The old grandparents question, does not have any sense for our kids. In consequence, due to the current value scale, the choice get the following preferences: 1- Do nothing, because is so difficult to get something (or because we have enough money to live without work). 2- Be some one who get money easily, without big efforts (!wrong assumption!): be part of some maffia business, including killers, narcodealers, prostitution, etc.

STARTING POINT: Gustavo Restrepo Female School, Juan Cancio School, Junior female school, Commerce Chamber / SENA: Highs School students in disadvantage situation (both gender mainly women) Program supported by: CAMARA DE COMERCIO - SENA – ESCUELA DE INGENIERIA DE ANTIOQUIA TOCFE EL ARBOL DE PRERREQUISITOS

  8. A hope of life with dignity Believe is seeing Given sense to your life The conflict between change or not change is not yet recognized by children There is not future in their mind WHAT TO CHANGE?

A hope of life with dignity • Be a proffesional in College or technician area is not taken in account for our students. “Be a productive and responsible adult”. • They don´t believe that this is an option in their future or in the remote case that it happens, they are seeing that there is not job options for the young proffesionals in our country.

  10. We ( TOCFE community ) want to iniciate the mind change into this students target, given the opportunity to talk about it. TOCFE:

  11. 4x4 event and 20/20 sight program • The relatively difficulty to teach, learn, understand and regulary apply the cloud, was a situation which provoqued to make a decision: to train all the institution teachers with the tool once and just follow whom is willing to have more knowledge and see some value using the tool solving conflicts or analizing academic contents.

  12. 4x4 event and 20/20 sight program • Initialize the 4x4 event with the kids that are really interested in get a better future: Believe is seeing, using as key tool the APR. • The first four is to get 4 proffesional careers of areas of interest for each student and the second 4 is to have 4 relevant questions regarding these careers or options.

  13. TOCFE: 20/20 sight, is about how is your vision when you get 20 in your life

  14. Tools and intermediate results • The APR is the easy tool for students and teachers to work in this program. • Once they understand the power to understand how to build their project of life, they are willing to work with the RNs and Clouds.

  15. Tools and intermediate results • A few number of students, all of them female, most of them single mothers (between 15 and 18 years old) embrace the program with enthusiasm and they are getting the first intermediate objectives to reach the ambitious target.

Tools and intermediate results • The academic institutions and the sponsors want to extend the program one year more to check its effectiveness • All the students agree on the good experience to discuss about their future and doing the task with a specific tool that let them to understand how to get the control of their own life
