Update General Info • Current Work • Booster RF cavity rework – Talk Today • Tuner with new ferrite – Talk Today • LCW – Fill is not done, still working on leaks (one at 4-2 fixed today?) • RFQ –Electrical work completed, Source under vacuum – preparing for beam this weekend! • HPower RF – ODDONE,PIERMARIA has signed the 1.4Mrequisition! Will submit the next req. to complete order soon…… • Booster Absorber – Kicker and PS work continues – Issues with blocks • Linac Modulator – Plans in place for EE support, SLAC to continue • Booster Solid State – Rack work? • Booster Modulator work – 8 done 2 in progress, 12 still need socket rings (due Oct 25) • Cogging – Software work continues • Booster Shielding – Safety is locating penetrations of concern Shutdown - comments (Fernanda, Todd, Mary) End of Fiscal Year – Not much change – There is still some FY12 –> FY13 funding discussions occurring
