  3. Microsoft Company Overview • Was founded By Bill Gates and Paul Allen in Albuquerque, New Mexico. • It was created in 1975 • On June 25th 1981 Microsoft goes public Trades on the Nasdaq (MSFT).

Microsoft’s Legal Trouble's • In 2004 The EU Launched an Anti-Trust Lawsuit against Microsoft. • This Lawsuit was brought on by EU’s concern that Microsoft had “abused its dominance with the Windows OS” • Microsoft lost the law suit and was forced to pay a judgment of €497 million ($613 million). • In 2010, Microsoft faced another possible law suit from a kid in WV. • In 2013 Microsoft had to pay a fine with EU for $732 Million for failure to pay previous fine.
