The HOPE system faces a significant issue where users’ favorite sentences, scenarios, and reminders are only accessible and modifiable on their phones. This limitation puts user data at risk of being lost if the device is damaged or misplaced. Our solution offers remote management and backup of user data in the cloud. Key features include a web interface for viewing and adding new items, secure data backup and retrieval options, and location tracking for misplaced phones. This service is completely optional for users.

The Problem • A user has a collection of favorite sentences, scenarios, and reminders. • This means the user data can only be modified on the phone, can only be viewed on the phone, and if the phone is lost or if the app crashes the data is lost. • The solution should be remote management and backup.
The Solution • Our feature is a way to view, modify, and backup the user data of the HOPE system in the cloud. The Cloud
Main Features • Web interfaces for viewing and adding new favorites, scenarios, reminders. • Backup and retrieval of all data. • Also able to view location of phone in case of lost or misplaced phone/user. • Completely optional.
