  3. LoveFriendship Affirmation : I will be a true friend by being affectionate and kind towards everyone and help them in need. Silent Sitting: All students are requested to sit in a comfortable position. Keep your hands on the table or your lap. Do deep breathing. Breath in……breathe out…..Breathe in …… breathe out……. Imagine that you are visiting your friends with Swami. Swami is guiding you and teaching you to be kind to your friends and how to show your love to them.
