  2. Just the facts • Big Ben is the bell, clock and clock tower at the British Houses of Parliament. Big Ben was built between 1858 – 1859.Big Ben is 152 years old. The clocks pendulum is 13 feet and weighs 690 pounds. The clock tower was completed in 1859. Big Ben is the most famous clock in the world.

  3. Things you need to know • Big Ben is located at the Houses of Parliament in London England. Big Ben was built between 1858 – 1859. The clock’s tower height is 320 feet. The clock has 4 dials and their diameter is 23 feet. The tower is NOT open to the public.

  4. My Materials and how I used them. • I used the cardboard to make the foundation. I used the small boxes to make the tower. I used the paint to give the small boxes color and for the water. The markers I used to make the clock. I used the foam to make the dials.
