External Controls • Shutter Button – When taking a picture pressing the shutter button half-way sets the focus and picture exposure, when you press the shutter button all the way down the Fuji FinePix will take your picture • Power/Mode Dial – This selects the operating mode of the camera. The user has three options for operating modes. • Record – Record still images and voice captioning • Playback – See, delete, edit pictures stored on the memory card. • Off – Turns the camera off
External Controls (cont.) • Exposure Mode Dial – Allows the user to control the main exposure mode. • Manual – Offers partial manual control over image exposure. • Scene – Allows user to choose from portrait, scene, sport, or night portrait • Auto – The camera will operate under full automatic control • Movie – Allows the camera to record moving images and sound
Zoom Rocker Control – Controls the optical and Digital Zoom can be used to enlarge images during playback mode. Right and Left Arrow Buttons – Used to navigate through menus, control flash, Macro Shooting Mode, and to scroll in playback mode. EVF/LCD Button – Alternates the viewfinder display between the viewfinder and LCD monitor Menu/OK Button – Activates the menu and is used to OK a task. Back Button – Backs out of menus and menu selections Display Button – Cycles through several LCD display modes External Controls (cont.)
