Primary Objectives • Determine if there is a difference in the quality of education provided through the two distinct delivery methods, Face-to-Face and exclusively Online Courses. • Determine if Yavapai College provides equitable student services to support students in both F2F and OL classes. • Evaluate the architecture of the online learning environment, both from an infrastructure and course development standpoint.

  5. Data Collected • Mid-term and Final Grade Distribution • Attrition Statistics • Student Services Utilization • Information Technology and eLearning Service Requests • Student and Faculty Survey information

  6. Recommendations • Establish a Faculty Review Committee • Entry through BBL and one proctored exam per semester for all OL classes. • Criteria for equitable demands of faculty teaching in all delivery methods. • Faculty training only for those without previous experience or knowledge of OL technology. • Student Orientation prerequisite for all new to OL classes. • Student Services, Library, and Learning Center enhancements.
