  2. Real Estate Investments Investors buy property (land or buildings) in hopes of generating a profit Forms of real estate investments: malls, apartment complexes, undeveloped land, commercial buildings and farmland. If your parents own their home, they own real estate.
  3. Limits Real estate is less liquid than stocks because it’s complicated to sell First you must put the property on the market, then wait for a buyer and negotiate the price, and finally sign a contract
  4. What kind of investor would use this fund? A slightly aggressive investor would most likely use this fund because there are some higher risks involved in real estate investments.

Money and Economic climate Ways of generating money: Purchase properties to rehabilitate/remodel and resell for a profit Purchase properties and use them as rental spaces to create income Invest in commercial properties A good economic climate for real estate investments is when people are buying houses and prices are affordable.
