  2. An exceptional and rare estate of 450 hectares in one plot comprising 25 hectares of vineyards production of Cognac. The entire harvest from the vineyards is sold at Hennessy contract. Located 40 minutes Angoulême (airport and TGV) and 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux.

  3. The Chateau This beautiful castle is composed of a single building with two wings, one of the 18th century which was renovated in 2001 and 2002. The ground floor is comprised of a large entrance with majestic staircase, two large lounges, an office overlooking the pond, modern kitchen and dining room. The first floor has five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The second floor is still to be renovated. There is also a beautiful vaulted cellar. The other wing of the château, dating back to the 15th century remains to be renovated and has identical layout.

  4. The Estate There are numerous outbuildings with two houses, for Caretaker and Game Keeper. Hangar for agricultural equipment, barns, stables, kennels, pool and hunting room. Also a Maison de Chasse with six bedrooms. The property is set in 450 hectares in one plot comprising 25 hectares of vineyards production of Cognac. The entire harvest from the vineyards is sold at Hennessy contract. 170 ha of agricultural land, 240 ha of woodlands and around 30 ha of lakes. Hunting area fully enclosed by a fence of 2.50 m with 0,50 buried. All lands have a network of buried irrigation ponds fed by the farm.
