Creating A Learning Community A Learning community uses Action Inquiry Integrity Generate effectiveness and integrity in ourselves Mutuality Generate a critical constructive mutuality Sustainability Create organizing structures that encourage effectiveness, integrity, and mutuality which are capable of continuing transformation towards greater social justice and greater harmony with the natural environment
