  1. Waking State - JAgrath Mind as a mirror Five senses as sensors That are enabled by the intelligence waves Atma as the light source Intelligence as waves

  2. Dream- sleep State a.k.a. “Swapna” Mind gets bounced around due to past impressions from previous births or from the past experiences from this birth . You still are aware of your personality as “so and so” and go thru “pleasure and pain in dreams and bed bug bits,snoring sounds etc”

  3. Deep sleep State a.k.a. “sushupti” Mind is not bounced around due to focusing exercises like meditation ,control of anger etc and discrimination. Don’t need to get in to details at this point.
