Goal - Elmwood • Elmwood staff will increase our top-to-bottom ranking to the 60th percentile by the end 2013-2014 school year. • Power ½ hour • Implementation of Reading Street • Problem Solving Team/Data Days • And increase aims web outcomes by 5% by the winter benchmark and 10% by the spring benchmark.

Goal - Winans • All students will meet or exceed grade level common core standards in Reading, Writing and Math. • 45 minute intervention blocks scheduled daily in each grade level • Implementation of Reading Street • School-wide intervention targeted at math computation (monthly strategic monitoring of student progress and intervention effectiveness) • Problem Solving Team • Continuous review of assessment data (team meetings, data days, building level professional development meetings)
