Plan of Action • Complete the Skills Audit for use with clerical and administrative staff, using previous examples of these • Determine information session times and locations and who will be involved • Clarify promotional methods/information around (2) • Debrief the Training Needs Analysis process

Action plan • Wiifm/eoi – positive spin • Preliminary questionnaire to all participants based on Q4, 5a and 5b of sample 2 • Develop skills audit checklist (survey monkey) based on the different ½ and ¾ positions plus skills/tasks identified in 1 above • Map skills audit list to qualification • Administer skills audit to identify gaps • Example of audit document
