Why is it located on that particular spot on earth and how come people choose to live there.

  4. interconnection of geographic phenomenon? • The earth is interconnected on a variety of levels • when one aspect to the earth’s system is altered it has a ripple affect on the earth and the people, animals and resources found on the earth.

  7. What approximate trend has occurred in world population over the last 2000 years? • population has grown dramatically from several million to over six billion. • Some places - gradual population growth • overall trend - steady growth • some places rapid population growth.
