  2. The Aspiration suite of performance and talent management modules is accessed through an easy to use interface with separate portals for Administrators, Managers and Employees

  3. The Goal Setting Process Set Goals and Competencies for the Job These can always be used as a benchmark if a new performance contract is required for the employee Compile Goals & Competencies for the Employee Goals can at any time be reloaded from the job. Employee will automatically receive the performance contract for the job to which they are linked Edit Goals for the Employee Job Goals can be edited and then saved for the employee. Job goals, KPA’s KPI’s Weighting etc. can be changed before uploading to the employee. New KPA’s KPI’s Objectives can be added Manager Conducts Review Manager can conduct a review of performance that is managed separately by the system. Employee self review and comments remain in the system. Manager can “Save” or “Complete” review Employee Conducts Self Review Employee can conduct a self review of performance and either “Save” or “ “Complete”.   8. Employee Self Review Employee completes a self review and adds comments & “saves” or “completes (no further changes allowed) Click to advance to next slide
