  3. 簡介 • 為何要使用鎖相(Lock-in) ?舉例如何測量頻率為 10kHz 振幅 10nV 的正玄波訊號?(1)使用一個很好的低雜訊放大器(雜訊約5nV/Hz^0.5) 增益為 1000 ,會得到輸出為 10uV ,但雜訊為 1.6mV,根本量不到訊號(2) 再使用一個品質相當好的帶通濾波器(Q=100),將雜訊濾除,結果雜訊變成 50uV,依然難以分辨訊號但如果這放大器(1)再配合相位偵測器(Phase-sensitive detection)PSD,同一個 10kHz的例子, PSD 可以偵測到的帶寬竟然可以細到 0.01Hz,因此輸出的雜訊變成 0.5uV,足以測量到訊號
