  1. The Salvation that You Possess Pastor William H. Walker LIAM

  2. Ephesians 1:3-8 (New Living Translation) • 3 All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. 4 Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. 5 God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ.

  3. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. 6 So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son.[a]7 He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins. 8 He has showered his kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding

  4. Ephesians 2:4-10 (New Living Translation) • 4 But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, 5 that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!) 6 For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus..

  5. 7 So God can point to us in all future ages as examples of the incredible wealth of his grace and kindness toward us, as shown in all he has done for us who are united with Christ Jesus. • 8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago

  6. John 3:16 (New Living Translation) • 16 “For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. • John 3:36 (New Living Translation) • 36 And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.”

  7. John 10:10 (New Living Translation) • 10 The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life

  8. Ephesians 1:6 (New Living Translation) • 6 So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son.[ • Ephesians 1:6 (Amplified Bible) • 6[So that we might be] to the praise and the commendation of His glorious grace (favor and mercy), which He so freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.

  9. 1 John 4:7-10 (New Living Translation) • 7 Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. 8 But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. • 9 God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him. 10 This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins

  10. 1 John 4:16 (New Living Translation) • 16 We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.

  11. Luke 7:50 (New Living Translation) • 50 And Jesus said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.” • 1 Corinthians 1:18 (New Living Translation) • 18 The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But we who are being saved know it is the very power of God.

  12. Ephesians 2:5 (New Living Translation) • 5 that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!)

  13. Titus 3:5 (New Living Translation) • 5 he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit.[a] • Romans 8:2 (Contemporary English Version) • 2The Holy Spirit will give you life that comes from Christ Jesus and will set you [a] free from sin and death.

  14. Romans 8:2 (The Message) • 1-2With the arrival of Jesus, the Messiah, that fateful dilemma is resolved. Those who enter into Christ's being-here-for-us no longer have to live under a continuous, low-lying black cloud. A new power is in operation. The Spirit of life in Christ, like a strong wind, has magnificently cleared the air, freeing you from a fated lifetime of brutal tyranny at the hands of sin and death

  15. 1 Peter 1:5 (New Living Translation) • 5 And through your faith, God is protecting you by his power until you receive this salvation, which is ready to be revealed on the last day for all to see.

  16. 1 John 3:2 (New Living Translation) • 2 Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is

  17. Philippians 3 (New Living Translation) • 12 I don’t mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me.

  18. 13 No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it,[d] but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.
