  4. Controversy Evolution is likely the most publicly contentious topic to be taught in science classrooms across the nation. Cracraft, 2004

  6. Evolution is part of our state curriculum standards! §112.43. Biology. (until Fall 2010) (7)  Science concepts. The student knows the theory of biological evolution.
