  2. ความตกลงเขตการค้าเสรีความตกลงเขตการค้าเสรี (FTA : Free Trade Agreements) เป้าหมายลดภาษี 0 % ลดปัญหามาตรการอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ภาษี เปิดเสรีด้านสินค้า บริการ และการลงทุน อาจเป็น Bilateral เช่น TAFTA หรือ อาจเป็น Multilateral เช่น AFTA กลุ่มที่ 8 สำนักบริหารมาตรฐาน 1

  4. FTA WTO • เป็นความตกลงเปิดกว้าง (สมาชิกมาก) • มีกฎกติกาเป็นระบบและ ครอบคลุมทุกเรื่อง • องค์กรกลางตัดสินข้อขัดแย้ง • เป็นความตกลงเฉพาะกลุ่ม หรือ ประเทศคู่ค้า (สมาชิกน้อย) • ใช้กฎกติกาเฉพาะเรื่อง • คู่สัญญาหรือผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย ตกลงกันเอง FTAต่างกับ WTO กลุ่มที่ 8 สำนักบริหารมาตรฐาน 1
