Structure in the federal state of Brandenburg 2.506.900 inhabitants (31.08.2010), which means about 86 inhabitants per km² / in rural areas about 25 inhabitants per km² Structured in 419 municipalities, among them 112 with city status, among the cities 4 with district status Most of all rural character with low density of population Nearly each fourth person belongs to the generation of elderly people – growing tendency MGH which work area-wide in the federal state of Brandenburg could be ONE possibility to work against this tendency by showing perspecitves for staying and by improving the attractiveness of the rural area

  8. Contributers • salaried employee • 211 volunteers • 206 other persons • Offers (per house) • 24 offers each week • on average 3-4 offers a daym Durchschnitt 3- 4 Angebote pro Tag • 7 events a week • Visitors • 412 visitors each week in each house
