MONITOREOS EN BIOSEGURIDAD INSTALADA EN CAMPO DE OGM PERIODO 2009-2014 El monitoreo de OGM se basa en actividades de campo para detectar la presencia de OGM de origen vegetal no permitidos liberados intencional o accidentalmente en regiones agrícolas dentro del territorio nacional de acuerdo a lo establecido en los artículos 2 fracción VI, 13 fracción IV, VIII y 37 fracción III de la Ley de Bioseguridad de Organismos Genéticamente Modificados (LBOGM) . Por lo cual el personal oficial del SENASICA, les da seguimiento y realiza las visitas de verificación correspondientes para la implementación de medidas de seguridad o de urgente aplicación e inicio del procedimiento administrativo de acuerdo a lo establecido en la normatividad aplicable.
