  2. In 2015, about 1 in every 3 complaints filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) was related to workplace harassment. That is according to a recent report released by EEOC officials, which has also revealed some other important – and, perhaps, unsettling – trends about the nature of workplace harassment in the U.S.
