  4. Definition of Harassment: Unwelcome attention from a customer, co-worker or superior that demeans or causes pain and discomfort referring to age, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, and other affiliations.

  13. If Harassment occurs… • Verbal warning, documented • Written warning, documented (Re-read policy and discuss) • Report to Human Resources • Discipline or discharge
