  2. Editorial • Definition: article in a periodical presenting the opinion of the publishers or editors. • Sentence: After reading the newspapers editorial, I believe the publishers or editors hate the president of the U.S.

  3. Hesitation • Definition: a delay due to uncertainty of mind or fear. • Sentence: The executioner hesitated as he was about to execute someone.

  4. Incredulous • Definition: unbelieving • Sentence: After seeing Godzilla fight Cthulu and King Kong he had a incredulous feeling.

  5. Nonchalantly • Definition: coolly unconcerned. • Sentence: Even though Steve lost his arm to a cow he still nonchalantly played with them.

  6. Rebellious • Definition: defying or resisting some established authority. • Sentence: The teenager was rebellious against his parents.

  7. Reputation • Definition: public estimation of a chorus. • Sentence: Hitler has a bad Reputation.

  8. Rivalry • Definition: Competition. • Sentence: The two brothers had a sibling rivalry.

  9. Sarcasm • Definition: Scornful, ironic language. • Sentence: After getting an F on a test my brother said I was very smart sarcastically.

  10. Sympathetic • Definition: Coming from or exhibiting compassion. • Sentence: My mother was very sympathetic after my dog died.

  11. Unfathomable • Definition: Not understandable • Sentence: The matrix is almost unfathomable.
