  2. Review of the Minutes from December 2013

Year in Review- 2013 Board Members President- Paul Ferroni Treasurer until November 2013- Jerry Perry Vice President- Dan Montgomery then also Treasurer as of Nov Secretary- Laurie Henry Board Meetings: Meetings held Jan, March (13 attended including board members), May (10), June (13) June Special called meeting (5), July (10), August (6), September (8), December (5)

  4. Lot summary:Built 2013113 Broken Bow              108 Falls Creek Lane        150 Whispering Winds (under construction) 

  5. Governing Documents: • By Laws revamped to comply with current TX law completed • CC&R’s in the editing process with attorney estimated completion Jan 2014 • Non-Profit in the process of updating with accountant estimated completion Feb 2014

  6. Record Keeping • Minutes were taken at each meeting and posted on the website • Financials internally reviewed and budget created for 2014 • Resident -past database was tested and found lacking. Currently being updated and expanded as the residents submit their information with their dues

  7. Communications • Website created including contact information, calendar of events, forms, announcements, agendas and past meeting minutes, By Laws/ CC&R’s, pool rules, contact information • Facebook current happenings and reminders, contact information, • Email list incomplete. In-process of updating

  8. Activities • Easter- egg hunt and treats for children • Halloween hay ride to residents for trick or treating • Ladies Christmas gathering- Held at Jan Pope’s before Christmas. • Ladies Bunco- cancelled due to lack of response • Annual Spring Clean up- Located a dumpster for residents to discard bulky items and arranged for limb haul off from all lots.

  9. Maintenance • Pool- general upkeep and repairs done • Refrigerator circuit board replaced • Mowing lots CKC contracted to mow commons areas and other lots as needed • Ad hoc committee formed to research upgraded poolside furniture. Purchased and assembled replacements • Cleaning clubhouse once a month during winter. Twice a month during summer
