  11. Supernova Mentors Supernova mentors are required for all supernova awards given to any Scout or Venturer. We currently have only SEVEN for the council right now.   14. Local Opportunities for Nova and STEM 2014 Nebraska Science Festival and UNO STEM COLLEGE

  15. Adam Savage, co-host and executive producer of Discovery Channel’s “Mythbusters,” will headline the 2014 Nebraska Science Festival. On April 25, Savage will present at Joslyn Museum’s Witherspoon Concert Hall. His 7:30 p.m. presentation is free to the public (but requires a reserved ticket) and is suitable for ages 12 and older.
