  4. sOIT protocol[out-patient department ] Emergency medications & telephone call (24hr) Examination Anti-histamine Processed foods Confirm the tolerance acquisition by OFC Oral Food Challenge (OFC) Maintenance phase >3 months* Cow's milk 200ml/day Allergen Avoidance for 2weeks Build-up phase *:no symptom or only mild symptoms
