These new standards in reading,writing, and mathematics keep thebest of what we have, but replace outdatedways of learning with a clear focus on the key knowledge and skills students need, and provide teachers the time to teach them well.
All students graduating from Wyoming public schools will have the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in and contribute to the 21st century, global economy.
Common Core state standards ensure that Wyoming students are learning the same content and skills as students from around the U.S. in the subject areas of reading, writing, and math.
