Oral Health Care Delivery Models • Minnesota – Oral Health Care Solutions project (proposed): centralized/computerized Help Center • Missouri – Elks mobile dental van • Massachussetts – Tufts Dental Facilities (TDF) Serving Persons with Special Needs; TDF Special Needs Community Dental Health Program
