  1. Δ(194-201) Mock CP 26 kDa - CP Ab 17.3kDa - FigS.1 Western blot showing the accumulation of the mutant protein Δ(194-201) during viral infection in N. Benthamiana plants compared with wt CP. Despite the deletion of 8 amino acids, the stability of the mutant Δ(194-201) was not altered. Equal total protein loading was cheked by Ponceau staining.
